Private Yacht Charter FAQ

Guests are welcome to bring their own coolers with drinks and snacks, and don't forget essentials like sunscreen and sunglasses. For sandbar trips, we encourage you to bring towels, snorkeling gear, floats, and any other beach-day favorites. All of our yachts are equipped with Bluetooth audio so you can enjoy your favorite playlists throughout the trip, though you're welcome to bring your own portable wireless speaker if you prefer. 

Yes, children are always welcome! We love helping families make lasting memories on our trips. However, please note that children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 

No, we never combine clients on trips. The boat is entirely yours for the full duration of your trip.

We ensure that every boat is clean and free of obstacles during your trip. We have life vests, a fire extinguisher, and first aid kit on board along with all other USCG required essentials. Additionally, all captains are USCG certified in life saver first aid and CPR. 

For the vast majority of the time on our private yacht charters we are never terribly far from a public restroom. Having said that all of our vessels have restrooms on board as well. 

We closely monitor weather conditions and advisories before and during every trip. If the captain determines that a trip must end early due to unsafe weather, your charter will be prorated.

We accept payment via cash, Zelle, or Venmo.

To secure your date, a $400 deposit is due upon scheduling and the remainder is due at the conclusion of your trip.  The $400 deposit is non-refundable. However, you are welcome to move your date if needed. In the event that the captain cancels your booking due to life threatening weather, or other various circumstances, your deposit will be refunded. The remainder is due at the conclusion of your trip.

Charter captains work in the service industry and our number one priority is to make sure our clients have an enjoyable experience. It is customary to tip twenty percent but is never required.
